If you have forgotten your password and need it reset, use the Forgot Password link on the D2L site.
If the Forgot Password link does not work for you, send a message from your campus email account to the iDocs staff at BIZHelp@uwec.edu requesting a password reset. In your message, include the name of the course you are trying to access in D2L.
Within 48 hours of the receipt of your email message, an iDocs staff member will manually reset your password and email the new password to your campus email account.
iDocs is concerned with protecting your electronic identity. In order to verify the identity of anyone requesting a password reset, we will not accept such requests over the phone or via personal and work email accounts. All students, instructors, and staff who access courses on our D2L server must have access to their campus email account.
