When recordings from Collaborate Ultra meetings are shared with students in Canvas, they should be uploaded to Canvas and captioned to meet accessibility requirements.
Step 1: Download Video Recording from Blackboard Collaborate Ultra
The first step in sharing a recording from Blackboard Collaborate Ultra is to download the recording. Please follow these directions provided by Blackboard to download videos. Then see the following directions for uploading the recording to Kaltura and requesting captions.
Step 2: Upload Video to Kaltura

Step 3: Order Machine Captions

Step 4: Edit Captions
Whether or not the recording from Collaborate Ultra was downloaded with captions, you will need to edit those captions to ensure their accuracy.
